We believe that every person has the right to know how much they are being charged and what for, this is why when you request an itemized invoice it will be provided to you within 30 days of your request.  Stevenson & McNamara Lawyers requires that all client deposit funds directly in to the Trust Account prior to the firm engaging any ongoing work. However, Stevenson & McNamara Lawyers understand that there are times when clients are simply not in a financial position to finilise their account within 7 days of the day of Invoice. This is why Stevenson & McNamara offers a number of ways in which you can settle your account.
